PRIME International is a women-owned social enterprise that specializes in labor standards, policies, and practices internationally and in the USA with a focus on prevention of child labor, promoting women’s enterprises, inclusive access to education, vocational friendly training, and small enterprise.

Vicki Walker, Executive Director, is a Global Senior Advisor and consultant in International Relations, labor rights, gender and women's empowerment, monitoring and evaluation, vocational education, capacity building in child labor prevention and community-based monitoring systems. She is dedicated to mobilizing youth in value chains through technologies for small-scale regenerative farming, community leadership and providing tools and creative ideas to work with effective public-private partnerships. Her services include advising civil society, private sector, and governments on labor standards and compliance.  Ms. Walker was a program manager and Project Director with Winrock International (http://bit.ly/2uCZNer) over 25 years in Agriculture, Women’s Leadership, Child Labor Prevention, Public Private Partnerships in supply chains, with multiple donors such as the US Department of Labor, Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor and Human Trafficking (SDOL/OCFT). US Department of Agriculture and many foundations. She has a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations from the University of New Hampshire, and an academic and performing Associate of Arts in Music, including multiple certificates from European institutes such as the Sorbonne in Paris and Le Mesnil Institut pour Jeunes Filles, Montreux, Switzerland. She is fluent in English and French with working knowledge in Spanish and Portuguese.
